Message	engine builder... pre-built, I don't know the technical specs outside of piston size and the basic rebuild facts (don't know clearances, honing etc.) stupid on my part I agree, it was based on my assumptions that PARTS made the engine and that a machine shop would have general knowledge to be able to do this rebuild. They are reputable but not known to the Z community. I am going to look over it tomorrow, check the plugs etc. If the plugs are coated, and the compression/ leak down is poor, then that prob justifies a bad engine? That is what I am leaning on right now, and it will bring more posts on what the hell I should do...I will never give this car up in a million years, just throw more money at it unfortunately in this case.
